Shipping Information & Responsibilities
  • Order Processing & Shipment Timeline: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of placement (assuming cleared payment and stock availability). We will notify you by email once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Method: We ship via EMS (Express Mail Service) through Israel Post, which includes:
    • Full tracking number
    • Delivery confirmation (signature required)
    • Insurance coverage for the value of the item
  • Estimated Delivery Times (business days, excluding weekends/holidays; actual times may vary due to customs processing, remote locations, or unforeseen delays):
    • Within Israel: 3–5 business days
    • Internationally: 7–14 business days
  • We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for most destinations: import duties, taxes, and customs are prepaid. $0 due at delivery.
  • All items are securely packaged in a protective gift box with a microfiber cloth.
  • Damaged shipments: If the package arrives visibly damaged, decline delivery if possible, take photos, and contact us immediately. We will arrange resolution.
  • Buyer responsibilities: Any unexpected customs/import fees (e.g., marketplace taxes not covered under DDP) or delays due to customs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss/damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance for valuable items. We do not guarantee receipt of returned packages.
  • International processing: Return/exchange delivery times vary by location.
